Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, work email address and message you choose to provide.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data including IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We also use privacy-preserving analytics that measure page visits in aggregate and do not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. Technical and analytics data is used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.

Where the law requires consent, submitting the contact form constitutes your consent for us to reply. You may withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months, or for the duration of any resulting engagement plus the period required by applicable law. Server logs are retained for a short technical window. Data no longer needed is deleted.

Who else sees it

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, namely website hosting, email and analytics, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may disclose data where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, correct or complete inaccurate data, erase data we no longer need, or withdraw consent previously given. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
